Guy Ritchie remains a prolific force
The partnership between action star Jason Statham and British filmmaker Guy Ritchie continues with a fresh Netflix project titled „Dogfight.” The feature, produced under the banners of Black Bear, Toff Guy Films and Punch Palace, is expected to kick off production at the start of 2027, with principal photography taking place across the United Kingdom. While plot specifics remain tightly under wraps, Netflix describes the movie as a stylized revenge tale set against the gritty underworld of London. The screenplay bears Ritchie’s signature flair, marking the seventh collaboration between the two creatives. Their joint résumé includes cult classics such as „Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels,” „Snatch,” and the forthcoming „Viva La Madness.” Both Statham and Ritchie are credited as producers on „Dogfight,” alongside Ivan Atkinson and John Friedberg.
